Past Work

Coming from a Fine Art background, my work generally references concerns and issues in my life at any given time. Some underlying themes emerge, including memory, relationships and separation. Many of these issues arose as my children left home and aging parents departed. Whilst some themes are reflected in particular bodies of work, in other cases a specific piece may reference several issues. The categories below are a somewhat imperfect attempt to help the viewer navigate a wide variety of work produced over a twenty year period. Much of this has been shown in a number of Northern venues.
